Holidays Agency works in the tourism sector with a thirty year experience in the area of the south Garda Lake; the Agency is able to offer various services to its customers, for a stay of a few days or for the whole season on the Garda Lake, for a purchase, for investment or own use, of one of the many tourist - residential structures which are present in our territory;

a) Holidays s.a.s. di Bonfante Vincenzo & C. Fiscal Code and VAT number 01867380238, REA VR number - 201365: it deals with rent, for touristic purpose, of completely furnished flats, situated in various holidays-complex in Peschiera del Garda, Lazise, Sirmione and hill areas nearby. The short rent (7 days or more) can be arranged with the staff of the Agency to fix the day of arrival and departure. Normally, but not obligatory, during July and August the day of arrival and departure is Saturday. The rent can be arranged with the Agency for different stays than the week. Holidays s.a.s. is enrolled in the register of the Touristic Enterprises by the Camera di Commercio in Verona with the code number 48482.

b) Agenzia Immobiliare Holidays di Bazzoli Maria Luisa - Fiscal code BZZ MLS 59B56 G489M VAT number 03656810235 - REA VR number – 354693: it deals with real estate brokerage and leasing management. The estate agent is able to estimate and value for every purpose (commercial, Banks and Public Authorities). The owner, Mrs Bazzoli Maria Luisa is enrolled in the register of "Agenti di Affari in Mediazione e degli Agenti con Mandato a Titolo Oneroso" by the Camera di Commercio in Verona with the code number 2071.

c) Habitat 2001 s.r.l. Fiscal Code, VAT number and Business Register 03181000237 – REA 315114: it deals with maintenance and administration of real estate and apartment buildings, maintenance and management of swimming-pools, cleaning of flats, offices and bungalows, gardening, linen supply, house painters, etc. The sole director of this firms is Mr. Bonfante Vincenzo.

d) To the owners: Holidays Agency offers a guaranteed income to those who want to purchase a real estate as an investment; the owner, with a direct contract with the Agency, has a guaranteed income, regardless of the occupancy of his real estate, leaving to the Agency all the tasks linked to the rent.
